Pre-qualification Process
This process is to ensure the client understands the services offered and to establish who the point of contact will be for payment and emergencies.

Mandatory
This is to visually evaluate the clients' physical and mental well-being. During this process the Point of Contact must also be present (zoom available) to help ensure accurate information.

Visiting Compatibility
We understand everyone may not be a good fit. During the 1st visit the wellness volunteer and supervisor will visit together to ensure the client is comfortable with person assigned.
Our clients
Wellness Check clients are individuals with aging parents, family and loved ones with disabilities seeking support to help navigate through the journey of caregiving.
Wellness and Caregiving services are customized to meet client and patient needs.
We offer service visits to hospitals, nursing homes, private residence, rehabilitation centers, daycares, independent/assisted living communities and group homes.
