  Pre-qualification Process

This process is to ensure the client understands the services offered and to establish who the point of contact will be for payment and emergencies. 

 Mandatory 

This is to visually evaluate the clients' physical and mental well-being. During this process the Point of Contact must also be present (zoom available) to help ensure accurate information.  

Visiting Compatibility

Care Plan Confirmation.

We understand everyone may not be a good fit. During the 1st visit the wellness staff and supervisor will visit together to ensure the client is comfortable with person assigned.
