The McKinney Police Department “Take Me Home” program helps individuals with conditions such as autism, dementia, or other cognitive disabilities who may become lost or have trouble communicating. Families register their loved ones with photos and contact information. This helps officers quickly identify them and reunite them with their loved ones.
