Wellness Checks 4U & Caregiving Services meet individuals where they are on the journey of aging gracefully. We believe it is essential that our clients remain in their homes and within their communities. We are dedicated to providing exceptional home health care services tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual and our compassionate team of professionals ensure that your loved ones receive the highest quality of care in the comfort of their own home.
Wellness Check - a quick 30-minute customized face-time check-in for families to ensure their loved one is ok.
Caregiver Service - individually designed based on client needs. We do not offer pre-planned packaged services.
Adult Daycare - helps clients avoid the sooner than later transition to assisted living or group home. With hours being 7am-6:30pm by the time you pick your loved one up, you are well rested and ready to prepare your loved one for bed.
Transportation - Many seniors prefer not to use Uber©, Lyft© or free transportation offered by the state. Therefore, we have partnered with a transportation company to fulfill our client needs.
Wellness Check
Quick 30-minute facetime check-in with loved ones to help lift the curtain of isolation and ensure families a peace of mind. Wellness Checks can be made at home, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, nursing homes, group homes, daycares and independent/assisted living communities. We will check the physical and mental over-all well-being, ensure a safe environment, check medication, blood pressure, food access and more.
Caregiving Service
Hourly in-home personal care
Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility for those needing help getting in and out of bed or position changing and transfers bed bound clients. We provide incontinence care, Alzheimer's support, assistance with preparing meals and limited transportation.

Ryan's mom wanted him to feel independent and work a regular job like everyone else.
Unfortunately many times she had to leave work to go help Ryan calm down and redirect. Even though his teammates understood and tried to help, Ryna needed someone familiar to his calming sessions. Wellness Check staff April sits with Ryan in a quiet place while massaging his hands and speaking soft to allow him to redirect his energy. Sometimes it takes 10 minutes sometimes 40 minutes. At the end of it all mom no longer has to jeopardize her job to help Ryna, customized service for all.

During our initial 2 visits Dorothy was soiled, out of ensure and not happy. Because we do not work for the state nor do we report to any company we do not have to call ahead, we can do random visits at different times without warning. Needless to say, Dorothy's situation is 100% better than ever before.
