We do not use automated systems, our agents are here in Texas, no apps to download, no link, special clicks or processes to learn, no contracts and no hidden fees. You decide how often.
If you do not answer the call, our experienced team will contact your listed point of contact, the community maintenance/security personnel where you reside and if all fails, someone from our office will do a wellness visit. If you include Wellness Visits as an option, there is an additional cost. We are also partnered with Allen and the McKinney Police Department and Collin County Protective Services, you are covered.
