Virtual Support Groups

They offer peer-or professionally led groups for caregivers, individuals living with Alzheimer's and others dealing with the disease.

Advance Directives:  POLST’s give specific directions about treatments during an emergency if you cannot speak for yourself.  In a POLST, you specify exactly what you want and don’t want and for how long. They have the force of medical orders and must be honored by emergency medical technicians (EMT’s).
