I am Kendra, the "WHO"
My mother was diagnosed with dementia 11 years ago and understanding from past family experiences, isolation is the worst thing for those suffering with Alzheimer's, so I decided to retire, move to Texas and take care of my mom. Not an easy job but we do what's necessary for our loved ones, God's Will.

Wellness Checks 4U, is the "WHAT"
Everyone taking care of someone does not necessarily need a part-time or full-time caregiver or nurse. Although mom is not ready to be relocated, she also cannot live alone, I started this business for families like ours. Just needing that extra set of eyes, someone to give me a break and check on mom without the high cost of a part/full-time caregiver.

Still going strong, Mom is 80 this year (2024) capable of living her best life through interactions and support at Uplift100 Adult Daycare, daily communication with family and friends on "Jubilee TV" and a complete change in Medications and improved Gut Health with Juice Plus. Partnering with the right people means everything, "It Takes a Village".

We are a team of compassionate and experienced caregivers who understand the unique needs of our communities to have access to dependable and affordable assistance when on the journey of taking care of someone with Dementia or having a disability.
We will assess visually, the mental and physical well-being of your loved one, ensure their environment is safe, provide live update during the visit through FaceTime and follow-up with a text message providing feedback regarding the visit.

Our Mission is to fulfill the significant need for affordable services assisting caregivers by providing peace of mind through short, non-medical wellness check-ins that ensure families are able to stay connected when time and distance pose a challenge.
By partnering with other services (I.E.: Uplift100 Adult Day Care, Jubilee TV, CVS Pharmacy, Juice Plus/healthy options, Dr. Randa Soukieh, PCP, and Benttree Alzheimer's support group we have managed to optimize our ability to provide excellent service and overall family support.
