Every potential client must have an in-person assessment prior to being accepted as a client to ensure not only that we are a good fit for you but you will also be a good fit for us. Because we do not offer any physical assistance or medical advice, all clients have be screened first.
The benefits to having the Assessment is to make sure the family member and client understands our services to ensure they get exactly what's needed, giving everyone a peace of mind at an affordable cost.
Our clients are individuals with aging parents and loved one with disabilities seeking support to help navigate through the journey of caregiving.
Communication is provided through your preferred method via text, email or phone. We will always keep you informed in real-time.
Our goal is to offer reassurance through clear, timely and compassionate reporting. Our caregivers will share information about how your loved one is doing, their surroundings, well-being, their personal needs and wants.
After the assessment with the family and client, a schedule will be created for either on-call, once a week, planned weekdays and/or pre-arranged weekends.
Your assigned personal caregiver will call 10 minutes prior to visit to confirm. Provide facetime confirmation of visit with a family member to share the well-being of their loved one, followed by a texted report of recommendations, visual well-being status and suggestions.
We offer basic wellness checks for most of our clients but from time-to-time with our disabled clients we may need to prepare specialized and/or customized visits. Because we are not physical therapist, nurser or certified within the medical field customized visit do come with some limitations.
