Bent Tree Alzheimer’s/Dementia Caregiver Support Group - Through round table discussions members share their stories, their struggles and their triumphs. Our prayer is that these discussions help us feel that we are not alone in our journey and give us valuable information and useful tips to navigate this caregiver journey. We typically meet on the first Thursday evening of the month from 6:30 - 8:00 at Bent Tree Bible Fellowship 4141 International Pkwy, Carrollton. Stephanie Fulgencio is a Licensed Therapist and Certified Life Coach with nearly 20 years of experience. With a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, she combines clinical expertise as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional with holistic approaches including somatic therapy and therapeutic breathwork. Stephanie offers therapy services in Plano, TX and online. Her integrative approach combines the depth of therapy with practices for nervous system regulation to help her clients release tension, emotion, and limiting beliefs. In addition to her professional experience, Stephanie is a caregiver for her elderly parents, both navigating cognitive decline. This personal journey has deepened her understanding of the emotional and practical challenges caregivers face. She brings compassion, insight, and firsthand experience to her work, offering support and guidance to others navigating similar caregiving roles. Her mission is to empower caregivers with tools to manage stress, maintain emotional well-being, and find strength through difficult transitions.
