how to become a client

The process is very easy; you can send a message from the link below or give us a call to set a day and time for the phone interview. 

 Due to the healthcare cuts for 2025/2026, many seniors are losing coverage for caregiving services, we can be an alternative.  When scheduling your assessment online please be sure to follow-up with your request because Jan-April are very busy months. We cannot offer same day service unless you are a client and have been through the 3-step process.

  Pre-qualification Process


This process is to ensure the client understands the services offered and to establish who the point of contact will be for payment and emergencies.

 Mandatory 

 

This is to visually evaluate the clients' physical and mental well-being. During this process the Point of Contact must also be present (zoom available) to help ensure accurate information.  


Assessment Fee $25

Visiting Compatibility


We understand everyone may not be a good fit. During the 1st visit the wellness volunteer and supervisor will visit together to ensure the client is comfortable with person assigned. 

Our clients are individuals with aging parents and loved ones with disabilities seeking support to help navigate through the journey of caregiving. For families looking for assurance without full-time care.  


The benefits of having a Wellness Check:

- avoid costly caregiving services for those needing less.

- short visits with face-time check-in's 

- access to resources gathered by other caregivers to save cost 

- flexible schedule
