I learned that isolation is the worst possible situation for this disease, so I'm here for Mom. It's not an easy job but we do what is necessary, God's Will.


Everyone may not necessarily need a part or full-time caregiver, sometimes you just need an extra set of eyes and ears. Love, Support, Patience, Communication, Compassion and Understanding is the key.

  Becoming a client with Wellness Checks 4u involves a phone interview to confirm day and time availability. Client and the Person in Charge (PIC) receive detailed information about the services included, exclusions, and a Wellness Checks 4U Assessment is scheduled.

  The Wellness Check Assessment entails both verbal and visual evaluations of clients' physical and mental well-being. This process is conducted with the assistance of the Person in Charge (PIC) to ensure accurate information is gathered concerning the clients' medical history, physical needs, mental preferences, and guidelines for care.
