A quick 30-minute facetime with loved ones
A Wellness Check 4 U visit, priced at just $35, provides a comprehensive look at your client’s physical and mental well‑being. During each appointment, we assess overall health, ensure proper access to medications, verify food and water availability, and offer light support such as helping prepare a meal when needed. Our wellness professionals also review essential home safety guidelines—including bathroom, kitchen, and bedroom safety—to reduce risks and support independent living.
As part of every Wellness Check 4 U, we confirm that heating and air systems are accessible and functioning properly, check for environmental comfort, and make sure your client has easy access to emergency contacts and communication resources. This service is designed to promote safety, stability, and peace of mind for individuals, families, and caregivers throughout the community.

Unfortunately, today many can't afford $35 to help ensure their loved on is ok. Donations make sure we never have to turn anyone away. We are grateful and thankful for the support we get during the holidays, but many forget that people are truly in need even more after the holidays have passed. Our clients are in need all year around so please consider helping at least 1 person beyond November and December, we need your support.
