At WellnessChecks4U, we believe that staying on top of your loved one's well-being should not be complicated or stressful. That's why we provide personalized, discreet and compassionate check-in's designed to fit the need of individuals and families living near and far.
Unlike traditional home care services with 2–4-hour minimums, respite care $150 to $250 a day, and memory care facilities are $8000 to $10,000 a month, we realize this is not on average what most families can afford. Wellness Checks 4U provides an affordable alternative for those taking care of loved ones in need of assistance.

Our Mission is to fulfill the significant need for affordable services assisting caregivers by providing peace of mind through short, non-medical wellness check-ins that ensure families are able to stay connected when time and distance is a challenge.
By partnering with other services (Uplift100 Adult Day Care, JubileeTV, CVS Pharmacy, JuicePlus/healthy options, Dr. Randa Soukieh, PCP, The Alzheimer's Association and Benttree Alzheimer's support group we have managed to optimize our ability to provide excellent service and overall family support.
