Wellness Check
Quick 30-minute facetime wellness check-in to help lift the curtain of isolation and ensure families a peace of mind. The visits are designed to ensure your loved one is safe, comfortable and cared for while at home, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, nursing homes, group homes, daycares and independent/assisted living communities.
Caregiving Service
Hourly in-home personal care
Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility support for those needing help getting in and out of bed or position changing and transfers. We provide incontinence care, Alzheimer's support, assistance with preparing meals and some transportation.

This is to visually evaluate the clients' physical and mental well-being. During this process the Point of Contact must also be present (zoom available) to help ensure accurate information.

Visiting Compatibility
We understand everyone may not be a good fit. During the 1st visit the wellness volunteer and supervisor will visit together to ensure the client is comfortable with person assigned.
